


Hi! I’m Zandra, President and CEO of Organizing Made EZ, LLC.
I work discreetly and without judgment to help individuals and families who need support creating organized, functional spaces in their homes. I also work with clients who struggle with hoarding situations and are ready to take the first step toward improving their homes and ultimately, their quality of life. My approach is patient, compassionate, and focused on progress.
Before starting Organizing Made EZ, I worked as an Executive Assistant for 15 years. In that role, my goal was always to understand my executive’s needs and vision so I could create a seamless, efficient, and organized environment that supported their success. Those same skills, attention to detail, planning, and organization, now guide the work I do for my clients.
I was also a military wife for 20 years and a proud mother of two sons. Military life taught me the importance of staying organized, as we could change duty stations at a moment’s notice. Each move required planning, flexibility, and the ability to quickly turn a new space into a comfortable home for my family.
Today, my favorite part of this work is seeing the relief and joy on a client’s face when they can finally locate items that were once misplaced and feel a renewed sense of peace in their home. Helping people reclaim their spaces and reduce stress is what inspires me every day.
