What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for STANDARD services, such as BASIC closets, are starting at $90 for one worker and $180 for two workers. Discounts are available for jobs that require three or more workers. Pricing for Hoarding services vary. A minimum of six hours a day is required. In order for services to be guaranteed, a monetary deposit worth 6 hours of time is required. Any task exceeding six hours is paid for upon completion of the day.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with diverse groups of clients that include military personnel, professionals and retirees as well as high profile celebrities and politicians. I also work with those who suffer from anxiety, ADHD, OCD and depression.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the client to customize the project according to their needs. Pictures of the areas needing organization are requested by text or email.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I organized the home of a hoarder that had accumulated items over 20 years and no longer had running water. It took 2 months working 4 days a week, 12 hours a day with a staff of eight to complete.
​What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to have some sort of vision of the final product and to decide ahead of time if they are open to suggestions. Also, it is important to plan their budget as best as possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
​Customers should determine the timeframe in which they want their project completed and their budget.
